Dear Preece,
Thank you for your letter of the 7th
instant with extract from a personal letter from
King at Hong Kong.
I feel a considerable amount of
sympathy with ing in the matter, and quite
understand his dissatisfaction.
It is, however,
really a question of extraordinary difficulty.
We are committed to a general policy of not going into commercial competition with the Company and the present disposition of the Company is to say "tell us exactly what sireless services
Hong kong really wants and we will make you an
offer for providing them."
The question is
SIR ARTHUR PREECE.
